They usually have business process expertise across one or more financial/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and others. Implementation Partners usually have deep business process experience called “practices” and a related solutions focus and knowledge across one or more specific vertical markets, such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemical/Process Manufacturing, and others that require enhanced cash collection functionality and interfaces.
